The 2026 Delegate Assembly will take place at the Holiday Inn and Suites in St. Cloud Tuesday, June 16 – Wednesday, June 17.
The DA is MSEA’s annual meeting where representatives from member districts come together to conduct association business and to review the governance of it.
Delegates and alternates are appointed by the members in each district and unit. The number of delegates and alternates is determined by the number of dues paying members in that district and unit.
Resolutions to MSEA governance will be reviewed and voted on by delegates are due by April 1, 2026. Use this form to submit your resolution.
Additional information will be posted along with registration opening in the spring of 2026.
